Clubhouse

The clubroom is available to the Surfside Community in the following ways:

HOA Owner Sponsored Event (i.e. HOA meeting, Owner-only public event sponsored by HOA): All SS1 owners may attend. Event not open to tenants.
HOA Sponsored Community Event (i.e. Community gatherings, pot lucks, movie nights) All residents (owners and tenets* currently residing at SS1) may attend. *Note: HOA reserves the right to limit tenets’ attendance.
Owner Reserved Private Event (private party or event) Any owner may submit a request to host a private event- exclusive use. Owners must complete and submit reservation form and supply proof of insurance and liability to property manager. Owner assumes full liability and responsibility for guests, clubroom and any damages incurred during event.
Individual Owner Use 9:00AM to 5:00PM, M-F (Access lending library, read/computer work). Owner may request an access code via the Management Company. Code will be valid for three (3) months. Owner does not have exclusive use of clubroom. Owner use only, no guests.

Note: The current manager office space is not open for public use.
