Pools & Jacuzzis
There are 2 pool & 2 jacuzzis open for use by residents of Surfside 1.
Pool hours are from 8AM - 10PM.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse has been recently renovated & can be rented by Surfside 1 residents for private events of up to 35 people.
EV Charging
Surfside 1 residents and their guests have access to 10 Electric Vehicle charging stations.
Game & Picnic Area
Oversized chessboard & jenga sets, as well as a corn hole set & hop scotch alongside picnic tables in the communal area.
Dog Waste Stations
There are 3 dog waste stations scattered around the community with provided dog waste bags & waste bins for picking up after your pups.
Designated Smoking Areas
No smoking is permitted on the property outside of the designated smoking areas in the parking lot, posted along the brick wall.
