It’s been a learning curve and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding. Things we’ve learned: communication is the key and we are going to ramp up the way we communicate with the owners and residents. We will be mailing, emailing, posting on doors and buildings, making phone calls the owners, residents and rental management companies a week or so before work starting at any particular group of units.
