Internet & TV Bulk Services Interest Survey
A survey has been created on the owner web portal. The purpose of the survey is to obtain the homeowners, input and opinion regarding possibly changing to a bulk account for the internet and cable services in the community. Please sign into the owner portal and complete the survey before September 30, 2026.
To access the portal online go to https://engage.goenumerate.com/ To register as a new user you need to be the primary owner and your account number that is on your monthly statement or contact Concord Consulting 805-445-1040 if you have questions or need assistance. Once registered the Primary Owner can create up to five household accounts for adult household members (18 years or older) residing at each address for owners.

Carpinteria Avocado Festival
October 2 - 4, 2026
The 40th California Avocado Festival in downtown Carpinteria October 2-4, 2026 is complete with 3 full days of Peace, Love and Guacamole! 60+ bands, 4 stages, 50 arts & crafts and commercial vendors, 15 delicious food vendors and over a dozen non profits on site for you to help support. Reminder all proceeds of the festival go to the Carpinteria Education Foundation and the Future Farmers of America!

Recreation & Community Services partnered with volunteers from the Port Hueneme Historical Museum are excited to share its 2026 Sunday Funday calendar of events! Classes will be held at the Orvene S. Touch-a-Truck
October 10, 2026 11AM - 3PM
Mark your calendars for the 5th Annual Touch-a-Truck event, which will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Hueneme Beach. This is a FREE community event that allows kids to see, touch, and learn about their favorite trucks or vehicles. There will be arts & crafts, food vendors, music, and much more!
Spook-Tacualr

Are you ready for the City of Port Hueneme's 5th Annual Spook-Tacular Celebration?! Come join the festivities with us on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Moranda Park! Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration

The City of Port Hueneme presents our Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration, which will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, with the festivities beginning at 5:30 pm and the tree lighting at 6:00 pm sharp! Join us as we kick off this holiday season! Please note, Santa will not be in attendance, and there will be no other activities at this specific event. Parking is limited, so please plan accordingly. Monthly Board Meetings
To join, please register using the zoom link that is emailed to all homeowners.
The agenda is available on the homeowner portal under documents: Agenda - Posting / 2025.
We encourage you to consider adding the meeting link to your calendar. Once you do, you will receive automatic updates should a meeting require rescheduling due to holidays as this one did. Because these meetings are for members only, it’s important we be able to identify you. Please make sure your name is displayed whether you join by video or voice. Anonymous and/or unknown attendees will not be approved to enter the meeting.
Seeking Paint Committee Volunteers
The Board is looking to establish an Adhoc Paint Committee. This committee would be responsible for determining the best course of action for the upcoming painting project, preparing / review specifications, assisting in obtaining bids and making recommendations to the Board. Stella Violano has volunteered to chair this committee. If you are interested, please email dearconcord@concordconsulting.net to add your name to the list of volunteers.
Please verify that you are receiving community emails
It has come to our attention that some of the owners may not be receiving community email blast sent from the data base used by Concord Consulting. Emails are sent monthly notifying all owners of the Board meeting dates and times. Some owners that have signed up to receive all communication via email and will receive their monthly billing, newsletters and other notifications by email from noreply@goenumerate.com
What we have found is that because the email blasts are coming from noreply@goenumerate.com some of the owners are not receiving notifications because the emails are going to the junk or spam folders in your email instead of your inbox. To resolve this problem you have to safe list the noreply@goenumerate.com email address.
If you aren’t sure if you have received an email from noreply@goenumerate.com do a search of your email.
